Boutique Italy was born from Ulisse’s deep pride in his home region of Umbria and a heartfelt desire to share its quiet magic with others. Nestled in the green heart of Italy, Umbria remains one of the country's best-kept secrets, a place where ancient stone towns cling to hilltops, olive groves roll down sun-drenched valleys, and time seems to slow with each passing moment.
Inspired by the authenticity, rhythm, and soul of this remarkable region, we created Boutique Italy to offer a more personal and meaningful approach to travel. Born and raised in Perugia, right in the heart of Umbria, Ulisse brings a deep love for Italian culture, language, and connection to everything he does. A true citizen of the world, he’s fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, and spent eight years living and working in Australia.
Ulisse is passionate about sharing the quieter, more authentic side of his homeland, from the olive grove-covered hills, and hidden wineries of Umbria to the timeless charm of small-town Italy.
His local knowledge, deep appreciation for history, and warm, welcoming presence make him the perfect guide to help you experience Italy far beyond the guidebooks.

Owner & Operator
Born in Australia and now calling Canada home for the past 20 years, Ryan has a deep love for travel, exploring new places, connecting with people, and chasing the kind of experiences that stay with you long after the trip ends.
With a curiosity that’s taken him to over 30 countries, among them all, Italy continues to stand out, not just for its food, wine, and espresso (though those help!), but for its people, its timeless beauty, and the winding country roads that make every journey unforgettable.
