Guided by a local truffle hunter and his remarkable companion, Myski – a skilled and spirited truffle dog – you'll experience firsthand how Italy’s most coveted ingredient is unearthed.
As you walk beneath the trees, Myski leads the way, nose to the ground, weaving through oaks and hazelnuts in search of truffles hidden beneath the surface. Along the way, you'll learn how this ancient practice has been passed down through generations, and gain a new appreciation for the patience, skill, and intuition it takes to find these earthy gems.
