Flour On Your Hands
A rustic Umbrian kitchen is the perfect setting to learn the art of making fresh pasta and sauces by hand.
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn the steps, the feel and the traditional way of making pasta; flour on your hands, rolling pins and a view of the countryside, the perfect lineup for the most flavoursome and authentic meal of your trip!
Guided by Ulisse's Mum, who only speaks Italian, and translated by Ulisse, it doesn't get more authentic than this.
You'll get to select which specialities you want to make, from tagliatelle and fettuccini, to ravioli and crescent moons. With a selection of fillings and sauces, also made by you with our instructor, you'll get to taste the fruits of your labour moments after you've shaped the pasta and discover why al dente is the preferred consistency of pasta in Italy; paired with local wine and olive oil.
