Dietary Statement

Effective Date: 13/06/2025
Last Updated: 13/06/2025

At Kinetic Conditioning Inc. O/A Boutique Italy (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are dedicated to curating exceptional, bespoke travel experiences throughout Italy. Many of our itineraries include culinary elements such as cooking classes, winery visits, regional food tastings, and traditional meals prepared by local chefs and producers. We believe that food is one of the most enriching ways to experience Italian culture. However, it is important to understand the inherent limitations and risks associated with consuming food and beverages abroad.

Ingredient Transparency

While we work with trusted local partners to deliver authentic gastronomic experiences, we do not have control over every ingredient used in the preparation of meals, tastings, or drinks provided during your trip. Traditional Italian recipes often use regional and artisanal ingredients that may not be fully disclosed, labeled, or easily identified, especially when prepared in small family-run kitchens, wineries, or agriturismos, not necessarily subject to inspection.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Although we will do our best to communicate any dietary preferences or allergies you disclose to our local partners, we cannot guarantee that your specific needs will be met. This includes—but is not limited to—requests for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, seafood-free, nut-free, or low-sodium meals.

It’s important to note that:

  • Many kitchens may not be equipped to handle allergens in a manner compliant with international safety standards.

  • Cross-contamination is possible, particularly in traditional or rural culinary settings where food is prepared by hand and without industrial safeguards.

  • Local chefs may not be familiar with certain medical-grade dietary restrictions or specialized diets, and substitutions may not always be available.

  • Not all facilities are subject to inspection or subject to adhere to food and health regulations.

Personal Responsibility and Liability

Guests are solely responsible for managing their own dietary needs and health concerns throughout the trip. If you have a severe allergy or medical condition that could be affected by food or drink, we strongly advise you to:

  • Consult with your healthcare provider prior to travel.

  • Bring any necessary medications, including antihistamines or epinephrine auto-injectors (e.g., EpiPens).

  • Clearly communicate your needs to us in advance, while understanding that our ability to accommodate is limited by local resources and customs.

By participating in any food or beverage experience offered as part of our itineraries, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with consuming unfamiliar or undisclosed ingredients. Kinetic Conditioning Inc. O/A Boutique Italy, assumes no liability for allergic reactions, health issues, or other complications arising from food or drink consumed during your trip, whether provided by us directly or through our local partners.

Summary

We want you to enjoy your culinary journey with peace of mind. However, we also encourage you to approach all food and beverage experiences with the necessary caution based on your personal dietary needs. Your health and safety are our priority, but full responsibility remains with each guest when it comes to dietary management.
