Welcome to Kinetic Conditioning Inc. O/A Boutique Italy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at www.boutiqueitaly.ca (the “Site”) and the services offered through it, including travel experience bookings.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Services Provided

We offer travel booking services for curated experiences in foreign countries. Our role is to facilitate bookings between users and third-party experience providers (“Service Providers”).

We are not the operator of the travel experiences themselves and are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or services of third-party providers.

2. Eligibility

To use this website and book travel experiences, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

  • You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information during the booking and payment process.

  • You are legally permitted to travel to the country or countries where the experiences you book will take place.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that:

  • You possess a valid passport (with required expiry buffer) and any necessary visas or travel authorizations.

  • You meet any entry requirements, such as proof of vaccinations, travel insurance, health declarations, or background checks, as may be required by the destination country or provider.

  • You monitor and comply with government-issued travel advisories, restrictions, or warnings for both your home country and destination(s).

  • You understand and assume the risks related to cross-border travel, including the possibility of delays, denied entry, or travel disruptions due to legal, health, or political conditions.

We are not responsible for any loss, cost, delay, or denial of service arising from a traveler’s failure to meet legal or administrative requirements for international travel. Refunds will not be issued for such circumstances unless explicitly allowed by the third-party provider’s terms.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise stated.

By booking through our platform, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including any taxes, fees, or surcharges.

All prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the experience provider. You will be notified of applicable policies during the booking process.

We make every effort to support customers in cancellation requests, but we are not liable for any non-refundable costs imposed by third-party providers.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or interfere with its operation

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to access data or areas of the Site not intended for you

  • Impersonate another person or provide false information

You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all legal and travel requirements for your trip, including, but not limited to: visas, passports, vaccinations, and insurance.

All content on the Site—such as text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Kinetic Conditioning Inc. O/A Boutique Italy or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
