Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Kinetic Conditioning Inc. O/A Boutique Italy, we understand that travel plans can change. This policy outlines the terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for travel experiences booked through our platform. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Your Payment is Safe with Us

We take your security seriously. All payments made on our website are processed through Wix Payments, a secure and trusted platform that complies with the highest industry standards for data protection.

  • Your payment details are encrypted and protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, ensuring your personal and financial information is never exposed or stored on our servers.

  • Wix Payments is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant, meaning it meets rigorous requirements for handling and safeguarding credit card information.

  • We do not store your credit card or banking information. All transactions are securely handled by Wix’s encrypted payment gateway.

You can book with confidence knowing your information is safe and your payment is protected.

1. Payment Terms
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • Prices are listed in CAD and are inclusive of applicable taxes and service fees, unless noted otherwise.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is received.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer refunds based on how far in advance the cancellation is made relative to the scheduled travel date. The following tiered structure applies:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, less any non-refundable fees imposed by third-party providers or payment processors.

  • Booking fees and administrative charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If the experience includes third-party components (hotels, tours, transportation), their individual cancellation policies may also apply and affect the final refund amount.

  • 20% of payment is non-refundable.

Why 20% of Your Booking is Non-Refundable:

A 20% non-refundable portion is applied to all bookings to cover essential operational and administrative costs that are incurred the moment your reservation is made.

This non-refundable amount helps us:

  • Secure your experience by confirming availability and placing deposits with local partners, guides, and vendors—many of whom are small businesses or independent operators.

  • Cover booking and transaction fees, including payment processing and system handling costs that are non-reversible.

  • Dedicate time and resources to coordinating the details of your experience, often including personalized planning and customer support.

This policy ensures fairness to both travelers and our service providers, and allows us to maintain high-quality service while supporting the local tourism economy.

3. No-Shows and Early Departures
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of booked experiences once the travel date has passed.

  • Arriving late or leaving early does not qualify for a partial refund.

4. Changes and Modifications
  • Requests to modify or reschedule bookings must be made in writing to hello@boutiqueitaly.ca

  • Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and the policies of third-party providers.

  • Modification fees may apply.

5. Cancellations by Us or Providers

In rare cases, a travel experience may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including:

  • Provider unavailability

  • Natural disasters or weather events

  • Health and safety concerns

  • Political instability or government-imposed restrictions

In such cases:

  • We will offer an alternative experience, a credit for future travel, or a full refund at our discretion.

  • We are not responsible for additional costs incurred (e.g., flights, accommodations, visas, etc.).

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control (“force majeure”), including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, strikes, war, or government restrictions. In such cases, refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, in line with Canadian consumer protection principles and the policies of our service partners.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have concerns about your booking, please contact our support team at hello@boutiqueitaly.ca. We will do our best to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

8. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you meet all entry, health, and travel requirements prior to your trip. Cancellations resulting from your inability to travel due to incomplete documentation or failure to meet destination requirements are not eligible for refunds.
